ANSA Bulletins

ANSA Bulletins are sent via e-mail as and when the need arises, which is usually no more than 4-5 times per year. This page contains "snapshot" images of the original e-mails, for reference purposes only. Click on the thumbnail images below to see larger versions.

If you would like to receive ANSA Bulletins, please join us.

Please Note: ANSA Bulletin e-mails often include attachments such as conference programmes and application forms. These are not available on this page since they already appear in other sections of this web site where appropriate. For programmes and other documents from past conference please see the Conference Materials section, and for details of upcoming events please see the Events & Conferences page.

Problems with the ANSA Bulletins?

We occasionally receive e-mails from people who have not received their ANSA Bulletins. There are many possible reasons why this might happen, including the following:

  • If the recipient's mailbox is full, the Bulletin e-mail may be "bounced" back or just lost altogether.
  • The Bulletin e-mail may be incorrectly classed as "spam" or "junk" by the recipient's internet security, firewall or e-mail software. In this case it may be automatically deleted or placed in a separate "junk e-mail" folder. It is not possible to predict whether or not this may happen since it depends on the software being used as well as the security level settings.
  • IT departments of large organisations may filter out and discard the Bulletin e-mails automatically if they are not told otherwise i.e. the Bulletins may be classed as "unsolicited" e-mail unless the recipient informs their IT department that they should be allowed through.
  • If the recipient changes their e-mail address without informing ANSA, then Bulletin e-mails will continue to go to the old address and may therefore be lost or ignored.
  • If the recipient misspelled their e-mail address (or didn't write it clearly enough) when originally joining ANSA, then Bulletin e-mails may get sent to non-existent e-mail addresses.
  • On rare occasions, the recipient's mail server may experience temporary problems which cause e-mails to be lost.

Unfortunately, none of the above issues are within ANSA's control and there is usually no indication of anything having gone wrong i.e. we can't tell whether or not the Bulletins arrive successfully.

If you think you may not be receiving the Bulletins for any reason, please Contact Us for advice on how to proceed.
